How does HFHNI address affordability?
HFHNI is committed to delivering affordable housing solutions. Increasing numbers of people find that high prices and low incomes effectively exclude them from the opportunity to own their own homes. HFHNI provides a ‘hand-up’ for low-income households by providing a Habitat partnership grant of up to 10%, enabling family partners to access homeownership through an equity sharing partnership.
