How does HeadHunter Health Exchange help me earn passive income?
As a HeadHunter, candidates are your currency. As you submit candidates through the HeadHunter Health Exchange Portal, you have the option to “queue” each submission. Once a candidate is “queued”, select information about the candidate is stored in our portal. As other Employers submit job orders with qualifications that match a “queued” candidate submission, you are notified via a “Match Making” email that there is a potential placement opportunity. Contact the candidate to determine their interest in the position. Once interest is verified, submit the candidate for consideration. The longer you use the HeadHunter Health Exchange Portal, the more “queued” candidates you will accumulate (and “Match Making” notifications you will receive).
