How does goAUPAIR rate an Au Pair’s English skills?
goAUPAIR rates applicants on a 1-5 scale, with a 5 be a fluent or native speaker. Each Au Pair has an in-person interview conducted by their International Agency in English and Host Families will see a copy of this interview in the Au Pair’s application. Host Families are required to interview an Au Pair over the phone to assess her English skills before a match can be made.
