How does GoalPost account for associates who are working outside their usual departments?
An employee can work in any Operation in the facility. Time is collected and reported against all of the areas where an employee has worked. The optional Training Module in GoalPost allows you to establish specific training performance goals for Operations. Training allows you to “lower the bar” for Trainees so they begin to earn incentive at a lower performance than Experienced employees.
