How does GO Transit intend to minimize the impact of increased noise and vibration?
The Environmental Assessments outlined where sound barriers (noise walls) should be constructed as well as locations with potential for vibration concerns. We are in the process of determining the specific types and locations of the barriers as well as mitigation measures for vibration impacts to properties located adjacent to the corridor.
