How does GKM takeover the payroll from the client systems to its own?
GKM will undertake a detailed system study and design transition during which the payroll database will be set up in our system, the various heads of income and deductions are mapped, etc. We conduct dry runs and at least one parallel run and compare our results with the client. After fine-tuning, if necessary, live zero error payroll is processed.
