How does getting in trouble with SJA affect a student who is already on Academic Probation?
Academic Probation does not affect the choice of a disciplinary sanction for a violation of Student Conduct Standards. If a student is in academic trouble, SJA may refer the student for academic advising or for counseling, or may assign an educational task such as having the student meet with a Learning Skills Center staff member to improve her or his writing or study skills.
