it knocks your self esteem a bit the more apparent issues are learnt self victimisation, loss of self confidence, excessive conformity, lack of individualism, minimal self awareness, repressed urges, raised anxiety, aggressive or insecure impulses. Possible side effects include: shyness (can be excessive), high anxiety, possible indecisiveness, loneliness, lack of motivation, depression, feel like being shunned by the outside world. bullies, on the other hand, suffer the following: avoiding accountability, lack of self control, repressed feelings of self victimisation, insecurity, inaccurate representation of the way the world works, lack of self generated self esteem, masochism, trying to live up to an image that conflicts with who they may actually be, possible inability to integrate in a social group properly.
