How does GetACoder work for Software Buyers?
Once you become a GetACoder member, post a job where you provide all the necessary details. Providers will then start bidding on it. You can find Providers on fixed-price jobs (project or question) or hourly jobs, which are paid on a time basis. Even though GetACoder is similar to an auction, it differs in some aspects, as there is no mandatory end date and you choose the winning bid yourself. When the task is successfully awarded to the winning Provider, he will begin working on it and you will be able to manage his work using the management tools available at GetACoder. Plus, with the milestone escrow and the hourly escrow you will pay only for the actual work performed by the Provider, neither more nor less.
