If you book all of the rooms yourself, online: You have the choice to enter the names at the time of booking or upload your list and send it through the message center to your Group Hotels Rep. If your attendees are going to sign-up on their own: The rooming list will be automatically generated for you. Each time one of your attendees books a room through your event website, you will be notified and those bookings will be stored in your personal planning center. You’ll know who’s coming and where they’re staying.
