How does Geekbench determine CPU speed (it thinks my 2.4ghz is at 200mhz)?

I have a hobby Hackintosh with a Q9300 @ 2.4ghz, however Geekbench lists Processor Speed as 200mhz. I certainly don’t expect everything to go smoothly on a Hackintosh, but I’d like to know where Geekbench is getting this speed from so I can attempt to correct it on my end.
