HOW DOES FTRS PROCESS WORK?
FTRs operation is a unique, three-phase progression process. The Company produces three different products that are extracted at different points through the material flow. Each stage of production reduces the size of material inputs (at the front end whole tires), and performs some degree of separation of material components (rubber, steel, fiber). At each production phase, material can be diverted to multiple downstream processing options, providing unlimited flexibility among FTRs finished product mix. This unique ability allows FTR to manage its production output to exactly match customer demand or margin opportunity at any given time.
