How does FreeTime protect my information?
An SSL (secure sockets layer) encrypts information as it is en/decoded between the server and the user. All data is stored in a secure data-centre with Uninterupted Power Supplies, back-up generators, daily data backups and 24 hour monitoring. Multiple internet providers ensure maximum uptime is maintained. We recommend that you back up on a daily basis and install additional data protection measures such as firewalls and anti-virus software for your own systems. Whilst working on public networks it is recommended that users log-out whenever they are not at the computer, and never allow their browser to store their password, or “remember my password”. When choosing passwords, ensure that they are not easily detected. An alpha numeric code requiring a minimum of 6 characters is specified.
