When the status of a project is complete it is stored in a list to be invoiced prompting accounts to invoice. Click the “projects” tab and select “to be invoiced” in the drop down menu adjacent to the tabs in the right hand column. A list of the projects whose status has been changed to “Completed” but not yet invoiced is displayed. Data can also be printed as a costing sheet and handed to accounts or exported to a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel.
