How does freelancing work?
During the interview, we will review your experience and determine what skills you have. We will then try to match your skills with our clients’ needs. When we call you to go out on a job, we will give you information about the company and the assignment/project. Please do not discuss money, hourly rates or billing info, with the client at any time. If they ask – always direct them to your 24 Seven representative for such details. If you are working on an hourly basis, you will need to fill out a time card in order to get paid. We will give you time cards at the time of registration or you can pick up time cards anytime from our office. In addition, the clients you are working for will also have a supply of time cards. Finally, you can always print a timecard for use from our website at www.24seventalent.com. Please fill out the timecard completely and fax to 24 Seven (646-349-1244).
