How does FREE roommate matching work?
Finding roommates is easy! Just download and complete the roommate matching form. Be sure to identify any friends you would like to room with and whether or not they are currently leasing from College Suites. The form includes information about your preferences in roommate gender; smoking, TV watching, noise level, study habits, music etc. If you do not wish to select your own roommates, we will place you in an apartment according to your choice of apartment size and gender. When there is a vacant bedroom in an apartment, that room can be leased at any time at the discretion of College Suites, however, roommates placed by our management team will always meet the gender requirements of the current residents sharing that specific apartment homeunit.
