How does Forward Options Coaching work?
We offer a complimentary coaching session to help you decide whether Forward Options Coaching works for you. Following this initial consultation, if you decide to commit to a better life by working with Karen, we will create a schedule of sessions, by phone or in person if New York City is convenient to you. You can opt for 30 minute or 45 minute sessions that meet two, three or four times a month. With each conference, you will design a specific action plan to implement. In between sessions, you will make individual progress and are always welcome to contact Karen by email or quick phone calls. Growth occurs during the conferences and in the periods between sessions if you use the goals and principles discussed during your conferences to guide you forward.
