Flonase is a steriod, right? If I’m not mistaken it has everything to do with vaso-dilation and constriction. As for migraine h/a treatments, dietary is usually a big first line of defense. GEt out the MSG, Chocolate, caffeine and even decaf (the chemicals used in the decaf process are sometimes worse than caffeine itself!) cheese is a biggie to…nitrates and nitrities (deli meats, bacon, hot dogs). I do not know how. I did take Flonase once and it was horrible. I could not open my eyes and my head was going to explode and I felt a ton of motion sickness. I will never take that vile stuff again.
