How does fitness camp different from a boot camp?
All Fitness Camp uses many different type of equipment (i.e. body weight, weights, bands, balls etc). We also work your core not just your stomach or hip flexors. CFW & WFC/WUFC is more than a group of women getting together to exercise and follow instruction. We actually get involved with your fitness goals. We help our clients reach their goals by taking the time to talk and understand your weight loss goals and fitness endeavors.
