We seal our products with nitrogen to eliminate any oxygen in the package. Once the product has been opened the shelf life is about one to two weeks. Product that has been refrigerated can last up to four weeks. We recommend that you store all roasted nuts in a cool, dark place. Ideally the refrigerator would be the best option to storing open product. Raw nuts that have been opened can last up to one year if they are stored in the freezer.
