It depends. If the other financial institution happens to also be a Digital Insight client (Apple’s NetBranch and FinanceWorks provider), then when adding that account, FinanceWorks displays the MFA challenge screen after you enter your user ID and password. Either enter the answer(s) to your challenge question(s), or retrieve the email passcode and enter that. If the other institution is not a Digital Insight client, then the following types of MFA are supported and will be displayed next: Secret Question with MFA cookie and Key Pad login.
