How does Fidelity Private Foundation Services charge for its services?
Each account is subject to an annual administrative fee for Fidelity Private Foundation Services. A portion of the administrative fee assessed by Fidelity Private Foundation Services may be able to be classified as a charitable expense and treated as a qualifying distribution. Additional fees may be incurred through the foundation’s brokerage Fidelity Account as outlined in the Fidelity Customer Agreement.
