How does FESTFs involvement relate to ESA activities and EPAs Endangered Species Protection Program?
The purpose of the FESTF effort is to comply with product specific conditions of registration under FIFRA. The FESTF is not involved with ESA issue management or EPA policy formation on endangered species. FESTF does maintain communication with CropLife America in order to be aware of industry developments that could affect the deliverables of the Task Force or registration requirements related to addressing endangered species issues.
