FedEx InSight can identify shipments of interest to a particular enrollee (FedEx InSight user) by account number match. Customer can specify multiple FedEx account numbers for FedEx InSight to report on. The matching criteria are different for each of Fedex Insight View, but all require that the designated account number appears in a specified field on the shipment air waybill. For Inbound View the shipment must be marked “Bill to: Recipient” in the “Payment section” of the air waybill. The account number must appear in the FedEx Account Number field under “Bill transportation charges to” or “Bill duties and taxes to”. For Outbound View the shipment must be marked “Bill to: Sender” in the “Payment section” and/or the account number must appear in the Sender’s FedEx Account Number field of the air waybill.
