For each partner in a realm, Federation Manager enables delegated administration. In a particular realm, you can create and manage partner-specific configurations, such as the definitions of partner entities, metadata information, and circle of trust. Federation Manager supports partner delegation for major federation protocols, such as Liberty Identity Federation Framework (ID-FF), SAML 2.0, and WS-Federation.
