How does Fast-Track 5 work?
Distances mean it will not be possible for applications lodged outside the metropolitan area to be returned within 30 hours. These will however be assessed in no more than five business days from the time of receipt, and returned to the applicant by express post. For example: an application is received at National Office at 4 PM Friday. The completed assessment will be express posted by National Office not later than 4 PM Friday the following week (ie five business days later). This service is only available to applicants residing within Australia. NB – the ‘five business days’ does not include the time Australia Post takes to deliver the letter to you.
