How does Factual find factual data?
A. Well, first of all, factual data often finds Factual. We’ve been delighted by the response from the community and are excited about the partnerships which allow us to integrate really valuable data into our pipeline. As far as Factual finding good data, we also have processes for finding facts. Our system is trained on seed data, and the machine learning stack works to validate and expand upon such data. We use a combination of algorithmic approaches which run on top of Factual’s own data warehouses as well as extant 3rd party web caches and resources provided through search engine partnerships.
