How does FACET differ from other Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software?
was designed for one purpose, to assist Facilities Professionals in the automation of managing Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) with Asset Tracking. Other software companies have chosen to combine the needs of Facilities Professionals with property owners which in out opinion dilutes the effectiveness of the product. For example, we do not know of any software company who produces a product that emphasizes how to plan a move in 3 easy steps. In addition, most rely on AutoCad as the mapping tool which was originally designed for Architects and is an extremely feature rich product requiring months of training.
