For Domestic S&H Charges eZcart computes the weight for the shipment as described above, then adds any minimum (floor) charge you specified when creating the program. eZcart then uses the built-in ZonalyZer zone calculator to determine the ‘zone’ of the customer’s zip code, and locates the correct postal charges. If you do not have a custom version of eZcart, this charge is the published rate for USPS Priority mail service from your zip code to the customer’s.
