How does exercise affect Weight watchers points?
First of all congrats on the weight loss, I thought my 6lbs in the first week was good, though since then I can only seem to loose 1-2 pounds a week. First thing is if you are having trouble sticking with the number of points, try bulking up meals with plenty of veg, since most costs zero points. Also cook things from scratch rather than buying ready made, for example, if you use onions, mushrooms, a can of chopped tomatoes, some herbs, tomato puree and a stock cube you can make a really tasty Bolognese sauce for zero points. Also, I know it sounds like I’m pushing their stuff, but buy one of their recipe books they’ve got some great ideas for low point meals. If you do get hungry in between meals, eat plenty of fruit, i know they cost points, but it’s quite low compared to the amount of food and you also get that sugar boost to keep you going. if you are still struggling then you can use exercise to get more points.
