Exercise is very important for everybodys life. You can live longer by being in shape and keeping active. Without exercise, some people can die at early ages from stroke, heart attack or disease. You should also have something to drink while exercising so you dont become dehydrated. Be sure to dress for the weather conditions and wear protective footwear.
