How does evaporation and condensation move heat around in the atmosphere????

Well evaporation and condensation don’t move heat around. Heat moves water up high into the sky (evaporation), where it turns into clouds (condensation) then rains (precipitation). This is known as the water cycle. Heat doesn’t get moved around at all, quite the opposite.
