How does Eva 01 move without power?
———————————– Three times during the series we see Eva 01 move without power and sometimes without a conscious pilot. The Evas however are not merely robots, they are living creatures as well, so maybe power is only needed for the pilot / NERV to control the Evas. If power wasn’t present, perhaps the creature that the Eva is moves on it’s own accord. That is when we see the Eva move without power, it is usually quite berserk. Like with a lot of things in NGE, this is up to interpretation as no hard explanation is given.
