How does ev3 sell its products?
We sell our products in more than 65 countries through a direct sales force in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and other countries and distributors in selected other international markets. As of April 4, 2010, our U.S. sales organization consisted of 112 sales representatives selling our peripheral vascular products and 24 sales representatives selling our neurovascular products and our international sales organization consisted of 48 sales representatives selling our peripheral vascular products, 32 sales representatives selling our neurovascular products and 6 sales representatives selling both.
