ESPZEN block books pitches with its service providers on behalf of teams competing in its leagues, as such ESPZEN is able to offer full fixture planning for the whole season at the start of the season. Teams have the option to review the planning and revert with changes before the season commences. During the season a team may postpone a small number of games if required assuming sufficient notice is given. Games however can not be cancelled.
