How does ERS “audit” investigators and information sources?
ERS routinely audits all investigators and information sources by submitting “loaded” request and using alternate sources to provided the same information. We also contact government agencies to verify information submitted to us by our investigators in the field. If an investigator fails once, they are removed immediately and never used again.
