How does EOB Express interface with our billing system?
EOB Express does not ‘interface’ with your billing system in the traditional sense where it exchanges data directly with your data files. It simply reads information from some of your screens in order to obtain the account name and number. This approach ensures that we can never manipulate, damage, or delete any information in your billing system.
