How does energized water prevent/remove metal rust and the oxidation of processed foods?
Energized Water has a natural deoxidizing function by lowering the deoxidizing electric potential. A simple test is to add a few drops of energized water to regular tap or mineral water. In lab tests the tap water with a + 180 mV electric potential dropped considerably to -35 mV. Other tap water tests dropped as low as -648mV at 48 degrees Centigrade (control temperature). These tests are available from Japans Water Institute of Life. The lower the EP, the stronger the deoxidizing capability.
