The policyholder is advised to get admitted immediately. In case of admission to a Network Hospital the hospital will admit the patient as per the procedure of the hospital. The hospitals will then contact TPA and send a request for authorization. At times the policyholder relative may be required to contact TPA for clarification. The policyholder / relative must send the pre-authorization request completely filled. TPA will revert on receipt of the request.
