How does EIG confirm that a design is usable?
EIG uses Wizard of Oz usability testing to validate and refine the detailed design. While our proven best practices allow us to create a design that is “mostly” right, we also find one or two potential problems during usability testing that allow us to fully optimize the design, particularly in areas where the design has some especially tricky design challenges.
