1. Under our Founders Shares program, companies make contributions of stock options or issued stock to EFNE early in their lives. When a participating company goes public or is acquired, the stock value is realized, and 75% of the proceeds are donated (through a donor advised fund at a community foundation)to a local non-profit recommended by the donor company. 2.
