How does Effexor XR affect sleep apnea?
Hello! My husband is forty-five and he has been diagnosed a sleep apnea. He is snoring and makes pauses during his sleep which last for few seconds. He is also very nervous during the day. Since he is a bus driver his day time sleepiness could be very dangerous for him. Since he has high blood pressure his doctor said he is a high risk patient. He has to stop smoking and alcohol consuming and he has to lose weight. His doctor says the best solution for him is CPAP device but my sister says Effexor XR is the best solution for sleep apnea. What is the better solution for him?
