Missouri Gas Energy will send an email to the address on file for your account when your bill is ready to be viewed on line. You may then log on to the website and view your bill at your convenience. If you choose in the future to stop receiving this notice, simply update your online profile by unchecking the e-bill option. At this time, a paper bill will also be mailed to the address you provided. While enrolled in the eBill program, only gas bills will be emailed to the email address provided. When you discontinue gas service with Missouri Gas Energy, the Final bill will be both emailed and a paper bill will be mailed. Delinquent Notices will only be sent through the mail, and will not be emailed.
