An eBay Seller Creates a Dropship Account When an eBay seller wants to sell products using a drop ship service, he must first create a drop shipping account with a supplier or wholesaler. Some online vendors may offer drop ship services for individual orders, wholesalers generally require an agreement from a reseller to conduct a minimum amount of business each month–or pay an up front fee–in order to receive the whole price on their offerings.
