How does DVR Scheduler work on the web?
You will need to login at www.directv.com and then go to the TV Listings section under TV Schedule. Browse the Guide and select a specific program you would like to record. Then click on “Record To Receiver.” You will see a drop down menu with a list of all your DVR(s) that are eligible to receive the record request. If the program you selected is a series, you will have the choice of setting a Series Link recording. Select “Once” to record only one instance of the program or “Series” to record the entire series. For conflict management, you will also be able to set the priority of the recording on this screen. • “Record if possible” is a normal recording. This recording will occur only if there is a tuner available, no previously set recording conflicts, and recording space on the DVR. • “Definitely record” is a high priority recording. After selecting the button, you will see a pop-up screen with a confirmation of what show you have selected to record along with a drop down menu list displaying which of your DVR(s) are eligible to receive the record request.
