How does Dr. Lam narrow a nose that is too wide?
Dr. Lam first of all needs to establish how every part of your nose works together, so-called harmony (discussed in a previous question.) In many instances, raising the nasal bridge and the nasal tip can re-establish harmony so that you do not need to reduce the sides of the nose.
