In order to properly diagnose a problem, Dr. Hilgers takes X-rays and makes dental impressions of the patient’s mouth. Photographs of the face and teeth are also taken. Then Dr. Hilgers will review the images and design a treatment plan. Dr. Hilgers may also work with you dentist to develop the best treatment plan. Treatment times vary from patient to patient, and in some cases a retainer may be required once the treatment is complete in order to prevent the teeth from shifting.
