How does Donation Control deal with chargebacks and refund requests?
Our team handles all chargebacks and refund requests. Your account will be charged a $30 fee for the administrative resolution of any chargeback, regardless of the outcome of the chargeback. This fee does not include the refund of a donation, if the donor wishes to be refunded. In rare circumstances, we may proactively remove funds for the full donation amount if instructed to do so by a donor’s credit card company or bank. We will notify you if such a situation arises. In all other circumstances, we will issue refunds to your donors if they request the refund before we have transferred the funds to your bank account.
