How does Disrepute payback work?
Disrepute can be considered negative prestige. While you have Disrepute you cannot buy a new a ship or new officers, but you can repair and resupply. Disrepute is paid back as a percentage of the prestige you earn for winning missions. This is still an experimental system on The Arena, and so is subject to change. Currently, the Disrepute payback percentage is set to 80%. This means 80% of any prestige you earn goes to pay off your disrepute.
