How Does Discaroo Handle Scammers?
The first time a user contacts us with a complaint regarding a potential scammer we will contact the accused user and attempt to amicably resolve the dispute between the two parties. If the user continues to scam discs we will report them to the PDGA (if they are members) and request that they stop using Discaroo. If a user continues to use Discaroo AND continues to scam other users, Discaroo will charge them with mail fraud which is a federal offense. The punishment can be a fine or up to 5 years in prison.
